Lloydminster RCMP charge four after stolen vehicle located – UPDATE 2, Wanted by Police

Lloydminster, Alberta – Lloydminster RCMP have identified Brandy Wolfe as the individual who provided a false name to police on Jan. 24, 2020. In addition to the original charges Lloydminster RCMP have charged Brandy Wolfe (22) of Lloydminster with:

• Obstruction of a Peace Officer

• Identity fraud

Brandy Wolfe’s whereabouts are currently unknown and a warrant has been issued for her arrest. Lloydminster RCMP charge four after stolen vehicle located – UPDATE

Lloydminster, Alta – Lloydminster have determined that a female that was arrested and taken into custody provided a false name to police. The name was used during the arrest and release of the female and the investigation into the correct identity is underway.

BACKGROUND

Lloydminster, Alberta – On Jan. 24, Lloydminster RCMP located a stolen vehicle in a parking lot behind an apartment building in the 3800 block of 52 Avenue. During the investigation a male was observed entering the vehicle. Police attempted to arrest the individual but he fled into an apartment in the building.

Officers with the assistance of RCMP Police Dog Services and the General Investigative Section, followed the suspect into the apartment where five individuals were located. All five were arrested without incident. Three stolen firearms, electronics and a small amount of narcotics were discovered.

Robert James Howard (27) of no-fixed-address, Timothy James Prior (35) of Lloydminster Saskatchewan, Sakara Tsa Scovill (27) of Lloydminster Alberta were charged with the following:

• Unauthorized possession of a firearm (x3)

• Possession of property obtained by crime (x5)

• Possession of a controlled substance

Additionally, Timothy James Prior was charged with resisting arrest.

All four were released after a judicial hearing and are scheduled to appear in Alberta Provincial Court on Feb. 11, 2020.
